Keiki Boutique (Pty) Ltd Return Policy

At Keiki Boutique, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Condition of Items:
    • Items must be unopened, unused, and unworn.
    • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear.
  2. Proof of Purchase:
    • A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale and clearance items.
  • Electronic items (these can only be replaced if found faulty).

Process for Returning Faulty Electronic Items

  • Faulty electronic items will be sent back to the supplier for exchange. This process may take up to two weeks.
